A supportive housing program for young adults ready to live independently.

Alive Independent Living provides safe, stable shared housing for young adults ages 18–21 who are capable of living independently and want a structured, supportive environment as they transition into adulthood.

Alive is designed for young adults who do not require supervision or case management, but who benefit from clear expectations, accountability, and access to supportive resources.

The purpose of Alive Independent Living is to support young adults who are ready for independence by providing housing that promotes stability, responsibility, and personal growth.

Alive creates an environment where residents can focus on building their future without unnecessary supervision or control.

Alive Independent Living is a good fit for young adults who:

• Are between 18 and 21 years old

• Are legally able to live independently

• Can manage daily responsibilities on their own

• Are employed, in school, or actively working toward stability

• Do not require supervision, case management, or clinical services

• Are seeking a calm, structured living environment

Move-In When Space Is Available
Placement is offered based on availability and fit.

Alive Is:

• An independent living program

• Shared housing for young adults

• Accountability-based

• Supportive but non-supervised

Alive Is Not:

• A group home

• A supervised living program

• A treatment or clinical program

• A substitute for case management or counseling

• A DFPS placement or mandated program

Alive Independent Living does not provide supervision, case management, medical care, or mental health services.

Residents are responsible for managing their own lives and accessing external supports as needed.
